This adorable and cozy chalet style cabin has 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths, and offers easy, level access and tasteful, new furniture. The location is perfect for a family winter ski getaway- just a couple minutes to Diamond Peak ski area. It's also a great pick for summertime fun, being about a 5 minute drive to Incline Village's pristine sandy beaches and the crystalline waters of Lake Tahoe. Enjoy gaming at the nearby Hyatt Resort Casino as well as the excellent dining in upscale Incline Village and the surrounding North Shore area.
The home is well equipped with all the linens and kitchenware needed to enjoy a relaxing escape to beautiful Lake Tahoe. High speed wireless internet access is included. Upon entry upstairs you'll find the well equipped kitchen with breakfast bar, dining area, and the open living room area with cathedral ceilings and tremendous views of Diamond Peak. There is a cozy gas log fireplace and TV/DVD in the living room. A large deck with those amazing views is also accessed off the living room. The deck looks out over peaceful pines and Diamond Peak, and offers a gas BBQ and deck furniture. A half bath is also located upstairs.
Downstairs is where you'll find all 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The master offers a king bed, a small deck with great mountain views, and an attached full bath. The second bedroom has a queen bed and TV, and the third bedroom also has a queen sized bed. A new, high efficiency washer/dryer is also located downstairs, next to the second full bath.
This home comes with IVGID beach passes, allowing guests to access Incline Village's renowned private beaches for a daily use fee. Guests must bring the provided passes to the entry kiosks where the entry fee is charged. One of the two beaches offers beach volleyball, swimming pool and snack stand. Use of the boat launch is also available with the beach pass.
Please note- there is no garage available for this home. There are 2 parking spaces across the street that are plowed for winter access.

Reviews of Tirol Chalet **Diamond Peak Ski Views**  Cute house with great views! Reviewed by xmoeyx on 2/22/2010 This house is as cute as it looks in the pictures! Our trip was awesome - the house has wonderful views of Diamond Peak and its runs/lifts - we could watch and even hear the skiers having a fun time skiing! Spent one day lazy indoors, watching the snowflakes fall from the great-room windows - heavenly! Well-appointed home, comfy beds with down comforters, lots of space. Nice master bedroom with matching furniture, huge king size bed, and its own balcony. Clean, updated bathrooms. Nice gas fireplace, and the heating system worked perfectly - we were cozy & warm. Parking is ample, across street in plowed parking alcove. Incline Village is nearby - a few minutes drive, with grocery and restaurant options. Mt. Rose is also close by for skiing - less than 30 minute drive, it is also a great family ski resort. This house is a gem - would return in a heartbeat! | | | | | | | |
