Perfect place for a group vacation

The house was great, very roomy, great kitchen area.One draw back was lack of viewing channels on Direct TV, but we will be renting this house again next year, it was a perfect location for our vacation.Thanks for the great service Pullen Rental.Mark F.

Fun at Squaw

Home was beautifully laid out for a large group. Entertaining with the deck and large yard was ideal for a large family gathering. The kitchen was the best part of the house. Easy to work in and well supplied. The Hot tub was great for the children however, I was not notified as to where the chlorine was to add to the hot tub. Per instructions, I called the proper person and problem solved! The upstairs bedrooms were very warm and a little uncomfortable. Again, a phone call and adequate portable fans were delivered. Overall, this was a great house for a large group. The location was perfect for other members of our party staying at the Village and the Resort at Squaw Creek. Easy and quick to locate. Very convenient. The mosquitos were bad and were in the house. This was not a fault of the rental but a common nuisance for the whole area this time of year. I would rent this house again and give the upstairs bedrooms to my least favorite people.

Great house near the base of the mountain. Loved the long dining room table which enabled all 15 of us to eat together every night. Pullen took care of us and made sure the apartment was pristine when we got there.

We traveled with three families and LOVED this house. It is beautiful, comfortable, and we miss it already. The floor plan was ideal for a large group. The kitchen was fully equiped and the bed/bath linens were of very high quality. The house is about a one minute drive to Squaw Valley which has free, convenient parking. Our kids loved the bunk room and the snowy backyard. The foosball table was a huge hit for our kids. The service we received from Pullen Realty was also top rate. This is probably one of the nicest mountain homes that we have ever stayed in. We had a little trouble operating the TV/VCR. An instruction sheet would have been helpful. I would recommend staggering showers/baths/laundry as the hot water ran out one evening. We would stay at this house again in a second.
